Return policy

We want you to love your TRVCWOW purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

Final sale items (marked as "Non-Returnable") cannot be returned.

Return Process

Request a Return: Email us at service@trvcwow.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.

Approval & Instructions: We will review your request and provide a return authorization (RMA) and shipping instructions.

Ship Your Return: Send the item(s) back to us at the provided address. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original purchase and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at service@trvcwow.com with photos of the issue. We will provide a prepaid return label or arrange a replacement/refund.
